1 - Orders

How do I place an order?

Please visit us at vantage1.ph, where you can create an account by registering with your contact details. Browse our site & select the product(s) you want to buy by clicking “Add to cart”. This will take you to the product page, where you can select the required quantity and then “proceed to checkout”.

2 - Returns

How can I request a Return?

We do not accept returns for perishable goods. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

3 - Delivery

What is the delivery time for any purchase made online?

We dispatch orders within 2-3 working days upon payment verification.  Should you need it more urgently, you may get in touch with us through our contact details.  We can do same-day delivery if within Metro Manila.

For some of our custom-made items, this takes a few weeks and the timelines are stated in the product description.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we can only accommodate the Philippine market.

How can I track my shipment?

Currently, we do not have a live order tracking on the website. Should you not receive your order within the expected timeline, please contact us right away.

Can I cancel the order after dispatch but before the scheduled delivery date? If so, then how will the refund be processed?

No. Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.

What if I receive an incorrect product? Can the correct product be delivered on priority? 

If an incorrect product is delivered due to our mistake, it will be replaced with the correct product within a targeted time frame of 1-2 working days (subject to availability).

We will cover delivery since this was a mistake on our end.

Can I change the delivery address after I have purchased the product online? 

A change of delivery address can only be accommodated before the items are dispatched. Once the items are with the courier, we can't change the delivery address anymore. Please email us right away at hello@vantage1.ph. This is handled on a case-to-case basis, and we will try our best to accommodate the change.

Can I add more items to the existing order and include them in the same delivery? 

Existing orders cannot be amended to add new products. You can raise a new order for additional products.

How can I pay?

You can be assured of an easy-to-navigate and secure site that provides easy and secure payment solutions to cater for all your needs. You can pay through GCASH, credit cards, PayPal and even bank deposits (Please send payment confirmation screenshots to hello@vantage1.ph.)
